Manager - Risk & Regulatory (7-9 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility:
To be responsible for supervising and ensuring timely completion of all risk processes in relation to independence including:
- Monitoring of initial trainings and internal compliance for new joiners in the firm
- Monitoring rollout out and completion of all annual firm wide trainings.
- Preparation and oversight of various reports required within National Risk for day to day monitoring of exceptions
- Assisting engagement teams in risk compliances and troubleshooting with NGGC - our internal client and engagement evaluation system.
- Conducting personal independence compliance audits and handling queries.
- Assisting during all internal and external reviews
- Assisting with professional independence queries
The Individual:
- Ability to work within tight time lines.
- Good soft skills like interpersonal /team skills and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office specially Excel
Qualification And Experience:
- Chartered Accountant / MBA /Post Graduate from a premiere institute
- Minimum 7 years of total work experience (post qualification), out of which at least 5 years of work experience must be in a compliance or regulatory role.
