Hiring for growing NBFC  Role : Risk Manager  Product : SME (LAP & Business Loan)  Base Location : Mumbai  Grade offered : Senior Manager  Candidates handling only credit will not be relevant.  Responsibilities :  - Develop/review product risk policy framework, processes and programs for unsecured and secured loan products  - Responsible for end-to-end risk management function for SME Loans (Business Loans & LAP)  - Gather risk-related data from internal and external resources, align with organizational performance and practice   - Devising risk strategy for business, competition tracking and building stronger proposition for the company  - Interact with credit rating agencies, Bureaus- on regular basis to understand and be abreast with latest market developments  - Delinquency analysis and corrective measures on risk product  - Identify key risks and mitigating factors of potential asset types and values, legal and ownership structures, professional reputations, customer bases, or industry segments.  - Document and ensure communication of key risks, monitor and manage KYC/financial documents, vetting through vendor   - Recommend ways to control and reduce risk on stipulated processes and policies, advise teams on business/operational matters   - Produce business-related information and reports or presentations that outline findings, explain risk positions, and recommend changes periodically   - Coordination with designated managers of the partner and taking adequate risk policy measures to provide required enablers  - Development of various scorecards in collaboration with all key stakeholders  - Ensuring compliance  Ketan
