Manager - Risk Management, Internal Audits and controls

Job Summary: Risk Management, Internal Audits and controls

Risk Management:

- Conduct brain storming sessions with process owners to identify risks & define mitigation plans.

- Track and validate implementation status of mitigation plan.

Internal Audit:

- Facilitate execution of audits by Internal Auditors.

- Tracking and validation of implementation status of action plans.

- Independently conduct audits / special reviews, assessment of controls design, analyse data and prepare reports.

Control Self-Assessment:

- Quarterly Controls Certification and validation of operating effectiveness of control.

- Identify gaps, track and validate implementation status of corrective action plan.

Internal Financial Controls:

- Facilitate IFC testing in accordance with ICAI guidelines.

- Remediate gaps before 31st March.

Continuous Control Monitoring:

- Perform data analytics to identify exceptions / outliers.

- Transaction testing to substantiate exceptions.

- Define corrective action plan and validate implementation status.

Investigation:

- Investigate complaints assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered accountant with more than 3 years of experience in internal audits, risk management, control testing, fraud risk assessment and data analytics.

- Prior experience of manufacturing industry or chemical industry is required.

- Prior experience of SAP / BaaN.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office including MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.

- Individually conducted internal audits of reputed organization and prepared reports
