Manager - Risk Management - BFS - CA

Looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant for the below mentioned Position:

Position: Manager Risk Management

Job Description:

- Portfolio monitoring / early warning signals mechanism on an ongoing basis for company, region, area, territory, and branch level with product, scheme and geography wise concentration.

- Analysis of various risk identifiers including DPD and bounce trends of the entire retail base.

- Monitoring the internal and external data points that may affect the risk level of a decision.

- Review of various MIS and see if it is showing any trend / pattern of irregularity.

- To monitor credit risks on MRHFL vide basis and check compliance with board approved policy / risk parameters / prudential limits and monitor risk concentration.

- Review performance and effectiveness of the credit scorecards, the need for any adjustments and placing recommendations.

- Reviewing the policies of companies and checking its implementation in general.

- Vetting credit policies and products.

- Monthly assessment of various controls for company as well as geography level.

- To provide training to staff on risk management practices.

- Quarterly reporting of risk metrics

- Engage in compliance review and random testing, requested by other departments.

- Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountants

- Experience: 1-3 Yrs
