Manager - Risk Control Group - Financial Services

Deliverables :

Treasury Controls and Operations across the geographies and be responsible for including but not limited to :

- Monitoring of compliances to the treasury policy, guidelines & processes

- Support role in setting up fund and non - fund based debt facilities across the globe including Group Companies

- Debt related governance and operation's - loan draws, debt servicing, compliance tracking and closure, loan documentation, coordination and relationship management with internal and external constituents on all operational matters

- Investments and Liquidity Management governance & operations- investments in Mutual funds, deposits, bonds etc. ; monitoring and reporting day to day liquidity management exceptions

- FX & derivatives transactions governance and operations- confirmations of booking & cancellation, underlying submissions, regulatory requirements, settlements of cash flows

- Periodic management reporting, records maintenance and archival

- Support internal and external audit requirements pertaining to group treasury

Dimension :

Multifarious nature of transaction, with differing objectives, risk points and control processes

- 20 Geographies & 7 Lines of businesses

- $15+ Billion in Gross Debt Across multiple facilities and Currencies

- $1Bn investment portfolio across various products

- Large Currency Risk Hedge book

- Multiple Banking Partners : 20 - 30 Banks, 10-20 FIs

- Dealing and negotiation with global and reputed law firms across the Geographies

Skill set requirements :

- CA or MBA with 3-5 years- experience in risk, process & governance

- Experience in Dealing and negotiation with global and reputed law firms across the Geographies

- Experience in Treasury Controls and Operations
