About Our Client
Our client is a well known name in banking internationally, with a successful history in India, and strong growth plans for the future. They have been expanding their shared service set up greatly and are looking for a seasoned risk professional to establish and manage the risk assurance function along with SOX and operations control across the organization.
Job Description
Reporting into VP - Risk and Governance, you would be responsible for
- Developing a strong risk assurance framework and setting up risk mitigation controls
- Developing and maintaining Risk and Control Assessment (RCA) and testing mechanism
- Ensuring that risk control framework is updated and managed regularly along with SOX compliance
- Highlighting and resolving any project related risks
- Managing third party vendors to implement effective coordination with outsourced partner
The Successful Applicant
- You must be a CA/MBA with minimum 7 years of post qualification experience with a leading financial services firm.
- You should possess excellent knowledge and experience of end to end audits, risk controls (RCSA), SOX, compliance advisory.
- Excellent finance & accounting understanding is a must.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders is essential.
