Manager - Risk Analytics - BFSI

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop, monitor and track risk monitoring tools on the existing portfolio.

- Give inputs to technology team to automate the various tools developed

- Develop metrics that can be used to drive business strategy and policies

- Propose process improvements, data fields to be captured for enabling visibility of risk and quantitative decision making process

Desired candidate profile:

- BE/ BSc/MSc - Statistics Graduate preferably from a premier institute with good academic record.

- 3 - 5 years of experience in business analytics / product, preferably from Unsecured lending analytics / Product companies

- Experience in tracking portfolio and performing complex risk statistical analysis, to derive meaningful insights and actionable conclusions

- Basic financials understanding
