Our client is a top life insurer, and is headquartered at Mumbai.

They are searching for a Compensation and Rewards professional from Tier 1 or 2+ institutes, with strong HR fundamentals.

HR professionals with experience in C&B, Job Evaluation, Performance Management, OD, Learning and Development, Talent Management or Business Partnering may apply.

The typical responsibilities would comprise but not limited to -

- Job analysis with market intelligence

- Salary benchmarking

- End to end reward lifecycle management during annual salary review

- Employee level analysis to draw insights and recommend appropriate interventions

- Governance of reward policies and processes

- Special projects on process improvement through tech intervention
