As a Manager for Analytics and Transformation Projects within our Corporate Compensation and Benefits Team, you will work to help HR become a driver of strategic business outcomes by delivering analytics insights and digital transformation projects in the Total Rewards space. You will have the opportunity to leverage analytics, technology, and industry insights to impact the future of work and pivot the Rewards function.

Responsibilities

- Build the new HR capabilities like predictive analytics, automate the regulars, drive stakeholder experience

- Deliver engagements that advance strategic HR transformation in the compensation & benefits space

- Develop and maintain team relationships and lead projects from planning through execution

- Consult with business HR teams to increase effectiveness through improved processes and technologies

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

- MBA from tier one

Preferred qualifications : 

- Extensive experience in Analytics and working knowledge of tools like MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau

- Experience in a human resource role or equivalent roles

- Experience in working on ERP technology implementations or equivalent projects

- Analytics and transformation experience within a reputable firm

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver commitments on time

- A high work performance ethic and fostering collaboration

- Ability to influence teams and establish confident relationships

- Project manage initiatives with internal teams and external vendors
