Manager - Revenue Maximization - Media Firm (6-10 yrs)
The Manager-Revenue Maximization will need to formulate and implement the Quality Management of the Sales Team to drive them towards Revenue Maximisationand enhance our market power.

Role Description
- This team will have co-ownership of the Sales Targets and provide a continuous stimulus to performance
- It will work closely with the Sales Team to ensure that there are no gaps in execution of the Sales Process
- Driving Sales Teams to be high performing teams by ensuring that there is no gap between strategy and implementation
- It will ensure that the teams are working to full optimisation and consistency; leaving no rooms for lags. It will provide & direct the teams to maximize market share and leadership, make and execute appropriate pitch calendars, closures of QOPs, minimizing missed clients,category focus, robust pipeline and conversion, planning and conversion of seasonal clients
- Making the team to think short term and plan long term
- Ensuring Sales teams are spending time to understand & develop solutions that a customer really needs
- The target achievement is key to every communication & all activities are synced towards it
- Ensuring Selling of the entire product portfolio including New Shows, Stations, QOPs, Spikes, Bundling & Upselling
Desired Profile
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Sales preferably in FMCG and Telecom
- Aggressive.
- Relationship building skills
