Re-trade and Leasing Manager
Location: Gurgaon
The Re-trade and Leasing Program was launched to establish a well-defined process for existing owners to re-trade and lease in the future.
NOTE :
- This program is to strategically drive price - points for each project every quarter, hence this is a sales role.
- Self-starter, requiring minimal supervision - ability to "take a project and run with it" is key.
- Strong and effective communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to prioritize tasks and projects effectively.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive the re-trade and leasing program.
- To lead all prospect show arounds on behalf of DLF to drive the price - points strategy under the re-trade program.
- Constant collaborations on the defined strategy and laid standard operating procedures with the owners / residents and the channel partner community.
- A hospitality profession will be added advantage.
- The candidate should be independent and comfortable with travelling to sites.
- Communication skills are extremely important as a skill set under this program. Need team members who can speak well and be able to convey their thoughts effectively.
