Retention Marketing Manager - Fintech
- As a Retention Manager, you will ideate, build and execute end-to-end campaigns which will be circulated through various marketing channels.
- You will be responsible for planning and executing the campaign calendar.
What You'll Do:
- Build strategies to drive customer engagement and growth across acquisition, transaction activation and retention through multi-channel integrated campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Web personalization, etc.
- Apply demographical, behavioral and transactional attributes to identify customer cohorts/segments
- Design and run A/B & multivariate testing and audit customer communications to create effective customer journeys
- Collect customer feedback, track performance and optimize design/targeting to improve the campaign effectiveness
- Use an iterative approach to optimization (hypothesize, design, test, measure, optimize), deriving actionable insights from the results, formulating new experiment ideas and hypotheses, while implementing winning results
- Use statistical analysis, past campaign behavioral response to create email campaigns, optimize lists, segmentation and ongoing improvement in effectiveness of campaigns
- Keep a track of competitors, industry trends, best practices and technologies to react to new insights and behavior shifts
- Track and analyze campaigns for key metrics
- Regular reporting on progress against goals and relevant business metrics and consumer insights.
- Coordinate with different functions including product, technology, BD, compliance, etc.
Your Superpowers: 4+ years of relevant professional experience, especially in BFSI and the investment domain
