Work Description : Digital Marketing : - Build multi-channel marketing automation communication using Email, SMS, WhatsApp notifications, social media, google search - Increase post sales engagement using sequential marketing communication - Identify, evaluate and implement marketing automation tools Strategy & Execution : - Spearhead customer retention marketing for e-commerce start-up - Generate revenue through repeat purchases from online customers - Drive customer lifetime value [LTV] to maximize ROAS - Drive engagement throughout the customer journey - from onboarding &gt; adoption &gt; retention &gt; advocacy Analytics : - Nurture B2C customer base using monthly cohorts analysis - Segment & retain customers using RFM analysis - Intuition & data-driven approach to analyze consumer behaviour and drive actions - Analyze transaction data, curate consumer insights to retarget across channels, products - Analyze campaign & website transaction data to build consumer journey Candidature requirements : - 3-5 years- experience in B2C ecommerce, SaaS, digital & analytics companies - Deep expertise in customer retention, loyalty, app engagement, repeat purchases - Strong analytical mindset with data driven decision making - Highly digital tools savvy to drive performance.
