Manager - Retail Operations - eCommerce

- Will be part of central team analysing the material movement processes forward and reverse along with warehouse processes and understand their performance, trends, bottlenecks and challenges.

- Analyse processes against best practices and benchmark against industry.

- Take data driven decisions and drive stakeholder buy-in through discussions and negotiations.

- Role demands understanding operations through numbers and is desirable to index on data interpretation skills. He/she must understand regular ambiguities and use them to solution long term policies for minimizing process breaches.

- Role would involve fair bit of data modelling, simulation & setting up correct dashboards using R /Excel/ Tableau

- He will be expected to set several visibility formats that will be used to interpret the health of operations.

- Will be responsible for the operational efficiency of the process and will be measured on metrics like stranded working capital, capacity losses, utilization etc. He/she will be working with a cross-functional team spread across Category functions and Ekart downstream supply functions.
