Role & responsibilities:
- To ensure the delivery of Retail operational KPIs and sales & profitability plan across EBO stores.
- Ensure stores meet\exceed their monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly targets
- Designed, developed and implemented Perception Mapping, Marketing and sales campaigns. Provide realistic marketing plans and forecasts on store performances
- Ensure availability of merchandise and services
- Planning and implementing store wise merchandise, inter store stock shuffling, new store opening along with right area planning.
- Meeting sales target, and consistently achieving & surpassing Key Performance Indicators
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Organize special promotions, displays and events
- Manage all controllable costs to keep profitable
- Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
- Entire Accountability & responsibility of partners and company's P&L and also overall region's Business.
- Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning
MBA (Preferred) with at least 7+ years of exp in handling EBO store operations
