Manager - Retail Marketing - Telecom - IIM/ISB/XLRI/FMS (2-8 yrs)
We have an urgent opening in Kolkata for a Top Telecom, for Manager - Retail Marketing.
Pref: Top B School / IIM. passed out 2011 - 2014. or other B School, having relevant exp in Marketing.
Purpose of the Job:
To develop, manage and implement programs in Retail to enhance acquisition - numbers & revenue
Key Deliverables:
Competition mapping, analysis & proposing new products. Ensure smooth roll out of new products
Track acquisitions and monitor performance vis-a-vis AOP
Ensure acquisition and revenue from retail.
Launch monthly schemes and acquisition programs to increase acquisitions in the segment.
Developing responses to keep product competitive and at the same time increase revenues and reduce churn
Qualification & Key skills/ competencies:
Excellent communication and presentation skills,
Excellent Analytical skills,
Capability to drive sales
Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to drive cross functional teams
Highly customer oriented
