Reporting to Head - Marketing @ Mumbai

Designation-Manager-Retail Marketing ( EBO)

Education:

- MBA from renowned institute

Experience:

- 5-6 years' experience in channel marketing. Planning and store wise execution of Seasonal Campaigns (Linen Utsav, Pujo, Diwali, Onam, Pongal) - as per budget and within timelines.

- Hyperlocal targeted activations- BTL Support to the EBOs.

- In-Store Radio (Music selection, promos & monitoring)

- FB/Insta/Google Local- EBO digital presence monitoring & always on activation.

- Vendor management- Vendor registration, PO and bill submissions.

- Managing gift card program

- Budgeting, Media planning, buying , BTL activities and execution.

- Launch Activation, Event and PR for COCO/COFO stores

Can also look at resources from loyalty companies like Capillary. Target companies could be retail brands and chains

Soft skills:

- Candidate should have Strong communication and analytical skills
