Retail Maintenance Manager

- Looking for a Retail Maintenance Manager for a reputed Consumer Durable company based out of Bangalore

- Location; Hyderabad/Mumbai/Bengaluru

Requirements: Person should be handling Multiple Stores and should be from Mobile/ Consumer Electronics industry

Role Description:

- This position has been created to drive & maintain premium shopping experience & customer delight at Retail stores for the Samsung brand.

- The role encompasses all aspects of project management in a retail environment.

- The incumbent would be required to lead and manage enhanced customer experience at the ground level by managing operational wear & tear, hygiene & civil metrics management of Consumer Electronics division for Fixtures, In-store branding & other shop floor inventory.

- This position will manage an agency team to oversee all maintenance gaps/issues around Company's retail footprint across South, West & Central India.

- The role is meant to operationally manage all the shop floor customer experience.

- This role can be seen as a stepping stone to a larger Retail Display Enhancement profile.

- The role also involves managing through the agency, fixture recces to determine in-store location & dimensions before production & Shop-front signage repairs and replacements.

- He will be responsible for handling all the stores in South/ Central and West India

Qualifications Required: MBA or Architecture Graduate
