Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive market research on retail trends and property markets:

- This involves analyzing current trends in retail, understanding property market dynamics, and identifying opportunities for retail leasing.

- Identify and evaluate potential retail locations for clients:

- Researching and assessing various properties to determine their suitability for clients based on location, foot traffic, demographics, and market trends.

- Analyze consumer behavior and demographics to inform leasing decisions:

- Utilizing data on consumer preferences, behaviors, and demographics to advise clients on strategic leasing decisions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and retailers:

- Building and nurturing relationships with property owners to secure leasing opportunities and maintaining connections with retailers to understand their needs and preferences.

- Negotiate lease terms and conditions:

- Conducting negotiations between property owners and tenants to finalize lease agreements that benefit both parties.

- Provide end-to-end solutions for clients' retail leasing needs:

- Offering comprehensive services from initial property search and analysis to lease negotiation and finalization.

Create detailed market reports and presentations:

- Compiling and presenting data-driven reports and presentations that outline market trends, property evaluations, and leasing recommendations.

- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations:

- Keeping abreast of developments in the retail industry and regulatory changes that may impact leasing activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field: A foundational education in fields relevant to real estate and business operations.

- 3-5 years experience in retail leasing or commercial real estate: Demonstrated experience in negotiating and closing retail leasing deals, understanding market dynamics, and client management.

- Strong analytical and research skills: Ability to interpret market data, consumer behavior trends, and property evaluations to make informed decisions.

- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities: Effective verbal and written communication skills essential for interacting with clients, property owners, and other stakeholders.

- Proficiency in relevant software (e. , CRM, market analysis tools): Familiarity with tools and software used for customer relationship management (CRM) and conducting market analysis
