- Lead a team to provide value added services to activities and functions performed at Retail Credit Operations Unit as listed below:
- Manage the Operation's process for Secured and unsecured Lending and Life cycle maintenance processes for SME, Mortgage, Auto and personal Loans
- Manage the DTR (Compliance monitoring) process for Retail customers in alignment to KYC, AML parameters as guided in process manuals
- Ensure ADM, OPM, SOP compliance and SLA adherence as per agreed TAT and accuracy baselines
- Effective Performance management and ensuring productivity and efficiencies are closely monitored for the team members at individual and team level.
- Effective volume management and cross utilization of people through cross training and knowledge transfers across teams
- Effective controls and governance on people, processes
- To maintain a positive working relationship with personnel of the other sections, divisions, Business stakeholders
- MIS management and weekly/monthly reporting to Unit Manager, Onshore and Key business stake holders.
- Tracking of system issues and liaising with various departments for issue resolution.
- Handling of Change Request, BRDs for any new change, business initiative, Product launch with further UAT execution support and sign off. Adherence to Change management guidelines
- Proactive in adopting best industry practices to drive cost efficiency and process improvements
- Implementation of Central Bank and Compliance Related Changes
- Manage Monthly - MER, KRI, RCSA and Reconciliation reporting within the timelines
- Support Adhoc Business requests or as directed by the Unit Manager
- Service management for CCU escalations, Customer complaints review and resolution
- Handle internal and external audits for the unit.
