Responsibilities;

We are looking for a candidate who has Set up Recruitment Competency Center.

Handle a team of 5-10 people.

Responsible for Social and Digital hiring for USA, Europe, APAC etc.

Stakeholder Management, Relationship management etc.

Excellent Team Leading skills.

COE Talent Acquisition.

Volume hiring experience is mandated.

Relevant Experience

- Experience in End to end recruitment in Telecom & IT Services Company.

- Global sourcing experience and have had hands-on exposure in different geographies

Education

MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Institutes.
