Manager - Resource Deployment - IT (8-14 yrs)
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Resource Fulfillment and managing the operational efficiencies within the service lines.
- Will be involved in IT resource management - Creating strategies, Requirement fulfillment, Bench management, Rotation, Coordination with recruitment function, tracking and monitoring effective utilization of onsite requirements, handling internal rotation, managing internal movements.
- Track & monitor utilization. Govern bench & implement measures for maintaining optimal bench cost.
- Governance of sub-contractors, unbilled staffing
Looking for professionals with 8 to 14 years of experience from IT Organizations, with excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
