Manager - Research & Strategy - BPO/KPO/Consulting (6-10 yrs)

We have recently initiated a strategy group that will look towards building initiatives for industry and us for the medium term. Given the rapid pace of change of technology, the strategy team will work towards deciphering what these shifts means for the IT and BPM industry in India and what changes will need to drive. The role will involve :

- Deep understanding of the technology landscape and what this means for industry and government

- Build strategy on our priorities, membership, funding models, collaboration opportunities

- Structured partnership opportunities with relevant think tanks, academia in India and overseas

- Write research reports on identified priorities

- Work with internal teams to align key priorities and how they will align to our vision

- An MBA/Masters degree in business management, statistics, economics.


- 6-10 years of prior experience in business research/analytics and IT-BPM industry.

- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

- Extensive knowledge of major proprietary research databases

- Excellent working skills with Microsoft Office tools, especially power point and excel

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Strong analytical skills and capability to work in project environment marked with insufficient data and derive meaningful conclusions from apparently ambiguous information

- Ability to develop strong - hypotheses- for any problem solving

- Familiarity with strategic analyses frameworks and financial analyses techniques to be deployed for analyses of the industry as a whole and companies in particular

- Should be open to travel (10-20% of time) for member meetings and our events
