Job purpose

- New Product Development - PET & PBT

- New Projects for R&D

Experience:

Experience in New Product Development in PET ( Poly Ethylene Terephthalate,& PBT ( Poly Butylene Terephthalate ) of at least 12 to 15 years.

Role & Responsibility:

Development of Colour Databank for PET/PBT:

- Identification of new colors with the help of Marketing Team.

- Development of new colors.

- Number of Colours developed.

- The accuracy of new Colours.

- Adherence to Timeline.

A solution of Customer Complaints:

- Coordination with the TSD and Marketing Team.

- Identifying the cause of Customer Complaint.

- Help in resolution.

- Effective and Timely resolution of complaints Safety.

- Adherence to Health & Safety Rules & Regulations.

- A number of incidents.

New Projects:

- New projects as identified by the Management - Project Implementation as per plan.

Skills & Knowledge:

- Knowledge of the Company product line, product applications.

- Knowledge of Product development in PET, PBT.

- Knowledge of color pigments.

- Knowledge of extrusion.

- Knowledge of Spinning Machines.

- Knowledge of product and process parameters.
