R&D Manager for a leading specialty chemicals org in Baroda

Our clients are seeking to recruit a highly accomplished R&D Manager to be based in Baroda and involved in research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols; overseeing the development of new products.

Job-Profile :

1. Develop new molecules within the given time frame along with effective & viable effluent treatment plans

2. Prepare literature search report and finalize the ROS of new molecules

3. Develop commercially feasible, economical viable and environment friendly robust processes

4. Perform plant troubleshoots and plant supporting activities

5. Check performance trials of RM for vendor approvals

6. Conduct team (R&D, ADL, Purchase) training

7. Ensure compliance with Validation Master Plan for qualification of Equipment & utilities in R&D lab

8. Responsible for technology transfer & scale up to plant level\

9. Coordinate in EHS & OHSAS Audits

10. Prepare & implement Risk and Environmental assessment

Candidate Profile :

1. Ph. D in organic chemistry with 15-26 years experience of which recent years must be at managerial level in R&R organic chemicals organizations

2. Must have led large teams
