Job Summary:

- The aspirant should have 10 experiences in cattle feed formulation and new productable plan a keen ability to pay attention to closely supervise every step-in research and development process for new product development.

- Leadership and managerial skills are also important in this role, as well as the ability to communicate well with colleagues and lower-level staff.

- A strong sense of creativity will also add value in the process of thinking of new product ideas and solving problems creatively.

Key Responsibilities & Accountability:

- Responsible for new product development such as formulation development / Testing, Packaging, and sourcing of suppliers / Materials.

- Keep updating of emerging market trends & Technology advancement selection of new ingredients and product design.

- Closely work with team (Marketing/Sales/Procurement/Production) and evaluate consumer needs for bringing quality product.

- Establish and maintain testing procedures for assessing raw materials, in both process and finished products.

- Manage trial or testing programs for products/services through the management of staff and assignment of staff and utilization of resources

- Budgeting and cost forecasting of technical development or research programs.

Skill and Knowledge Desired:

- Should have an Entrepreneurial mindset.

- Proven track record in New Product Development.

- Ability to build and energise his/her team with a clear vision of the business

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to assess competitor information and drive tactical and strategic response.

- Willingness to travel to different locations as per the business requirement.

Minimum Qualifications:

- PG/ PHD in relevant experience and nutrition.

- 12+ years, out of which minimum 7-9 years of experience in animal nutrition production.
