Exp:8-12 years  Location: Chennai  Work Timing: UK Shift  Key Deliverables:  - Be a part of a team that drives the Sales Enablement  - Help manage and grow business with opportunities identification  - Find New business opportunities with extensive research and Analysis of target markets and accounts  - Find out customer pain points, priorities, risks and investments   - Advising on Growth Strategy, Business Plan Formulation, Market Assessment, Market Entry, etc.  Responsibilities :  - Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers  - Support team with understanding the client requirements, problem definition, designing the strategic approach, recommendations, etc.  - Demonstrate in-depth understanding of the practice areas and solutions  - Interact seamlessly with team members to ensure we deliver high-quality research and strategy  - Motivate the team members to excel in the respective functions thereby creating a performance driven culture.  - Work towards bringing in increased operational efficiency in the team and improve internal client satisfaction levels.  - Regularly have performance and project reviews with teams, informing the progress to the management  Marketing & Sales Functions :  - Work closely with the sales steams in pitching and closing deals in new acquisitions and growth/emerging markets from Business Research  Candidate Profile:  - MBA with minimum 8-12 years of Research, Analysis & Strategy Consulting experience in IT Industry  - A self-starter with intense drive to outperform expectations, the incumbent will be required to be hands-on.  - Strong sense of global markets and understanding of changing marketplace dynamics and sensitivity to customer requirements.  - Ability to forecast and strategize with regards to the industry and respective business lines.  - Expert level written and verbal communication skills.  - Demonstrate proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.  - Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.  Demonstrate ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
