As a Research Manager, you will be responsible for driving research solutions that will power the data forward strategy solutions and thought leadership.
- Your role will require you to strengthen the current research offerings by introducing best-in-class research practices and implementing new use cases, propelling the team to play a more strategic role in building a data forward solution.
- You will also be responsible for maximizing the impact of investments in resource subscriptions by ensuring effective use of all resources and tools made available to research team.

- Evangelize the value and width of research solutions, primary and secondary, to internal stakeholders
- Discover and implement best-in-class research techniques and new use cases to power research centric work
- Deliver high quality and actionable insights that give direction to strategy work and ensure business impact
- Drive collaborative efforts with data and strategy functions to build data forward narratives
- Manage the bank of research subscriptions, ensuring effective use of current subscriptions and proactively introduce new resources and tools to make the research offering stronger
- Drive the training programs on research tools and subscriptions, ensuring the team up-skill their knowledge at regular intervals
- Oversee teams utilization and engagement across brands
