The role involves creating Land deal pipeline and building strong land database.
Key Responsibilities:
- To leverage on existing relationships with landowners and real estate promoters to create a deal pipeline & build a strong land database
- Build and manage relationships and networks with prospective land buyers
Functional Skills:
- Knowledge of land title documents, licenses/ approvals, building bylaws & other relevant regulations
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
