Reinsurance Compliance & Reporting Manager
Job Scope / Position Summary: To create & maintain a reports in line with company policy & to engage in various accounting related aspects of Treaty and Facultative.
Main Responsibility:
1. IRDAI Reporting / Compliance
2. Generali Reporting/ compliance
2. Handling Statutory/Internal audit
3. Reconciliation of Balance with Financial and System and their related Queries
4. Internal, Promoting reporting / compliance
5. Monthly / Quarterly Checking of SOA
6. Reconciliation of Reinsurer balance with ageing on Quarterly basis.
7. Checking of Manual Entries based on gap between system and signed Treaty.
Qualification and Experience Requirement:
Education : CA/MBA with Reinsurance Accounting background
Experience : Preferably experience in Insurance Industry and Good in Excel and Compliance.
