Manager - Regulatory Reporting - BFSI (4-7 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation & Submission of RBI regulatory reports. Reports includes Form A, Form VIII, Special Fortnightly Return (SFR), Form X, DSB Returns, Risk Based Supervision (RBS), Financial Soundness Indicators (FSI), etc.,
- Computation of DICGC premium, Capital Fund Statement for CRAR, ANBC for PSL achievement, etc.,
- Responsibility for all reporting to RBI pertaining to Finance
- Provide necessary report to top managements, Statutory Central Auditors, other external agency & Internal Departments
- Validation of Balance Sheet and P&L account with all schedules as per RBI directives.
- Coordination with RBI Inspection Team, Statutory Auditors, Concurrent Auditors, etc.,
- Exposure to Regulatory Affairs & General Compliance and ability to read and interpret the regulations.
- Conversant with IRAC Norms.
