Manager - Recruitment - Telecom Operator (3-5 yrs)
Recruitment Manager - Oman
We are the RPO partners for a telecom operator in Oman. For handling our RPO practice based out of client location in Muscat, we are hiring a Recruitment Manager.
The role is responsible for :
- Stake Holder Management
- Ensure closure of positions within specified timelines
- Coordinate with delivery team in India for timely sourcing of relevant CVs
- Screen CVs sourced and do initial round of interviews
- Schedule next level interviews with line managers for shortlisted candidates
- Salary discussions and negotiations
- Joining formalities.
- Assist in Internal Job Placements
- All relevant MIS and trackers
The ideal Candidate :
- Engineer with MBA
- 3-5 years experience in Recruitment in Corporate ideally Telecom
- Must have handled initial level of interviews
- Prefer immediate availability.
