Client Details :

Our client is one of the largest and fastest growing product engineering firm with a strong footprint globally and an exponential growth plans globally. To ensure a speedy and quality growth, they are looking to hire a Manager Recruitment for Pan India business who will be responsible for mostly engineering and technology requirements across all locations with a team of 2-3 people while reporting directly into the Global Recruitment Head

Description

As a Manager Recruitment with a team of 2-3 people and directly reporting into the Global Recruitment Head, you will be responsible for:

- Plan and develop a robust approach, policies and initiatives to meet the recruitment targets without compromising on the quality of hire


- Partner closely with all Business heads in India and globally to plan and execute recruitment funnel, source mix, handle big organizational change and ensure that capability exists in the team to drive the same


- Working towards identifying and implementing robust recruitment processes for both mid to senior and Executive hiring, ensuring strong source mix including social media, innovative recruitment metrics and proactive direct channels of sourcing


- Create strong fundamentals and metrics to manage end to end recruitment process from demand management to sourcing, vendor management, reviewing, interviewing, offer management and finally on boarding process


- Be a strong mentor to the team and proactively work towards their skill development to be able to achieve the goals


- Proactively lead and manage any change management projects within recruitment related to Technology/ Processes


- Ensure timely delivery of targets and build strong proactive pipeline for talent through market understanding and foreseeing the business requirements across the globe


- Work towards employer branding both internally and externally and drive referrals as one of the most important source of hiring


- Build stronger understanding and visibility of competition and geographical landscape


- Exercise cost saving strategies and deliver to recruiting budgets along with ensuring strong recruitment compliance


- Coaching and mentoring the line managers to mature the recruitment processes internally

Profile

As a successful candidate you should,

- Come with 8+ years of experience into technology recruitment with a strong team management experience of managing at least 2-3 people recently


- Candidates should preferably come from Technology/ Engineering/ E-commerce set ups


- Should have seen challenging recruitment requirements, developed strong SME skills and created strong recruitment strategies for maturing firms


- Excellent verbal and written communication + articulation skills


- Successful track record of handling recruitment needs in a global environment is a must have


- Strong executive presence and tendency to effectively build relationships and establish trust and competence


- Ability to manage multiple business stakeholders and strong analytical skills and logical approach


- Be agile, strong negotiation skills and ability to solve problems
