Experience : 3 - 9 years - Talents from eComms/Product Dev Firms - Should have solid experience hiring for Technology Roles at a product firm - Manage the full lifecycle recruitment for one or multiple business clusters - Drive the sourcing agenda to meet the recruitment target using new age recruiting techniques like the internet, social and professional networking sites to identify and source right candidates - Drive the recruitment activities for the current and future proactive needs of the business - Provide strategic market inputs through quick research as the business needs - Build a strong relationship with new and existing external channel partners - Driving high quality - standards in hiring practices as against measured KPIs (Time to fill, CPH, Employee satisfaction survey, Channel utilization, cost savings etc) - Design, plan and execute employer branding activities - Utilize all conventional and non-conventional sourcing channels such as social-media, skill-specific websites, professional and social networking sites/groups, search engines and possible forums to locate both active and passive candidates; conduct resume mining and research for position. Must Haves: - 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, majority of which should be in in-house talent acquisition - Experience in initiating or executing creative hiring strategies including employer branding, social media hiring, campus hiring - Experience in head hunting and leadership hiring - Experience in hiring for tech and non-tech roles - Experience in building and leading a team of recruiters Preferred: - Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test, etc.). - Hands-on recruitment experience in diversity hiring, with experience in tech roles and start ups. - Experience in start ups and ability to work on multiple end to end projects. - Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
