Requirement
- Good fundamentals of Talent Acquisition and Management Process.
- General interest in HR, Culture, Environment & Employer Brand will be appreciated.
- Relevant experience in either of - Consumer Internet/E-commerce/Online Delivery sectors OR Food/Agriculture/FMCG sectors OR executive search or related recruitment /management experience-
- Track record of achievement in the last few years
- Experience in leveraging online sourcing techniques and platforms, User Groups and industry associations for targeting and attracting passive talent, good comfort with recruiting tools & software.
- Subject matter expertise in the areas of talent attraction, assessment and selection at all levels. Must have a broad understanding of the external market.
- A collaborative approach, effective process management experience and an ability to influence senior leadership regarding critical talent decisions
- Professionalism, maturity, and empathy are all key attributes for success
The ideal candidate will:
- Work closely with CEO, HR Head and Senior Management Team (SMT) on Talent Initiatives.
- Work internally as well as with external recruitment specialists and ensure that every candidate is selected through a robust process of assessment which will include cultural fit, high learnability and such other criteria decided by the CEO and the team.
- Lead the recruitment cycle for Business/Strategy/Finance/Operations/Tech functions in work with department heads, attracting & selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiation & onboarding.
- Build Relationships with Agencies and staffing firms & build partnerships and keeping a tab on budgets
- Communicate effectively on Impact, Disruption & Scale and goodness of technology, food & farming.
- Be a custodian of culture and creation of a positive & inspiring environment for employees. Drive development of professional, energized & balanced work culture that becomes an industry benchmark.
- Ensure that all resources and their direct reports are constantly aware of the Purpose, Vision, Mission, and objectives of the Company. Actively seek feedback & ideas from employees and addressing them.
- Ensure that all HR, labour and related compliances are followed.
