Skill sets we are looking for :
- 8 + years of experience in recruitment with focus on mid to senior level hiring
- The candidate should have well rounded experience in managing TA process end to end
- Should have extensive exposure into IT/NON IT hiring
- Should have experience hiring for Niche roles
- Should have ability to source good profiles from multiple channels
- Keeping track of all on-going positions, weekly dashboards, suggesting measures for improvement.
Team management :
- Motivating Team Members for better performance and successful completion of targets.
Stakeholder Management :
- Hands-On person with excellent stakeholder management (even the onshore stakeholders) & excellent communication skills
- Should be able to build strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Work closely with the Hiring Managers to understand talent requirements.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationship with the Leadership team.
Qualifications & Prior Experience :
- Graduate / MBA, from a reputed college/university. Post Qualification experience of 8+ years in handling IT recruitments
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a missionary zeal to exceed goals.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and administration skills.
- Demonstrate ability to handle extremely challenging, difficult and volatile situation / individuals effectively.
