Around ~50% of these investments are Cross Border transactions, making Square Yards one of the global leaders in cross border real estate.  About the role:  Square Yards is looking for a dynamic Recruitment Manager with 5-7 years of experience based out of Gurgaon, who will be responsible for designing and overseeing the company's hiring process.  What's on offer: A highly competitive salary (7-10 LPA) along with ESOPs and annual bonus. You will be reporting to the HR Head.  Key responsibilities:  - Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)  - Supervise the recruiting team of 10-12 members and report on its performance  - Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)  - Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)  - Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs  - Research and choose job advertising options  - Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques  - Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs  - Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations  - Participate in job fairs and career events  - Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners  Experience required:  - Must haves  - Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment (interviews, candidate screening, evaluation and onboarding)  - Experience in team management  - Fluent verbal and written communications in English  Preferred :   - Experience in handling large volume/ big team recruitment  - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases  - Experience in recruitment for sectors like insurance sales, real estate sales, etc where attrition is high  - Experience in recruiting for international positions
