Client Details

My client is one of the fastest growing product-technology firm bases in Gurgaon. As a part of their growth tarjectory in India, they are currently looking at hiring Lead Talent Acqsuition - R&D function.

Description

Reporting into the HR Head, your responsibilties would include the following:

- Build a strong pipeline for talent through market understanding and foreseeing the business requirements across India while liaising directly with the hiring managers

- Developing new and innovative methods to attract the best talent

- Review the recruitment process for the organization and identify areas of improvement to create higher impact

- Lead data analytics on all recruitment parameters and utilize the insights for process enhancements

- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organization and create a strong succession planning pool

- Explore different sources of recruitment to optimise recruitment cost

Profile :

A successful candidate would be someone who comes with a minimum of 6 years of experice in managing Talent Acquisition for Pruduct/Technology/R&D hirings. Furthermore, excellent communication skills are a must.
