We are hiring for a leading fortune 500 firm for their offices in Delhi & Mumbai for the role of HR Manager
This person will be responsible for :
- Driving the recruitment strategy and execution
- Lead the recruitment process for campus as well as lateral recruiting
Job Requirement :
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in recruiting from premier colleges (e.g. IIT/IIM/ISB/INSEAD)
- MBA from a reputed Business school
- Significant campus and lateral recruiting experience broad-based experience in a professional service firm
