Position : Manager - Recruitment

Reports to: Head HR

Experience: 8 to 15 years

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech or MBA - HR

Role:

- Designed & Developed Recruitment Process

- Supports the organization's Talent Acquisition by managing the full talent acquisition lifecycle

- Recruitment of technical role across level (Corporate and Plant)

- HR Implementation of policies, recruitment process and KRA's

- Manage Induction Programs and documentation of joining formalities

- Manager internal referral program

- Attrition analysis & corrective action plan

- Recruitment Engineers from ITIs, Engineering college, Campus interviews or through Job portals
