Manager - Recruitment - Management Consulting Firm (6-12 yrs)
Position: Recruitment (Lateral Hiring lead)-Handling 5-7 end to end service lines
Job Location: Gurgaon
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Handling lateral hiring for Middle & Senior Level
- Vendor Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Preparing matrices related to entire hiring needs
- Team Management
Competencies /Skills desired:
- 6-12 yrs. post qualification exp. into Lateral, Mid-Senior Level hiring for Niche Skills.
- Creation of business reports related to Recruitment
- Extensive Stakeholder Management
- Performing channel mix - Vendor Management, Sourcing, References, Professional networking sites, etc
- Possesses good communication skills to coordinate, resolve queries
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivator, analytical and result oriented to complete task as per timelines
- Good listener and able to build rapport easily to understand, resolve queries and counsel them as required.
- Possesses people management, influencing, problem solving skills.
- Good presentation skills
- Willing to take ownership
- Excellent MS-Office Skills
