About the Role: We are looking for a Recruitment Manager with strong experience in Leadership Hiring within the Business Process Management industry. The client seeks talent acquisition professional to be based out of their office and will contribute to the hiring of top leadership talent. This person will need to be well-versed in all aspects of searches including candidate sourcing, database searches, leadership hiring, and negotiations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conducting research to map target companies and the right leadership candidates.

- Creating robust search strategies that will identify and attract the best and brightest globally.

- Serving as an expert for deep research recruiting.

- Developing innovative ways to raise the bar on how client recruit leadership talent.

- Develop search strategies, conduct research, perform thorough assessments and present qualified candidates for critical searches.

- Learn about the organisation's overall needs and develop strategies for individual and team success in the identification and attraction of senior-level talent.

- Conduct debrief meetings with hiring managers and senior leaders after the interviews.

- Building out talent networks and tapping knowledgeable industry sources to develop an on-going pool of candidates.

- Providing guidance and advice in a true partnership with leadership.

- Leading update meetings on active searches.

- Conducting on-site interviews, and presenting/negotiating employment offers
