Recruitment/HR Managers in Mumbai for a new setup Global MNC Service Organisation

Company Profile: Our client is a new setup service organization (part of a Global MNC group who are one of the world's largest & most prestigious organizations). The new organization is expected to deliver substantial customer benefits on the back on a high-end technology to be developed/introduced in the organization and a strong social media campaign. The Recruitment & HR Managers will play a key role in developing & implementing systems & SOPs and in building and engaging an organization of over 300# employees in the next 6-12 months. The positions are based in Mumbai and will report to the VP-HR. Our clients offer excellent salary and career growth opportunities. All positions are "individual contributors" with no reportees initially

We have the following vacancies:

1. Recruitment Manager: Responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment practice, policy and procedures to support the development of high-performing teams. We are looking for MBAs / Post-Graduates with 5-10 years experience in HR in a fast growing service organization of which at least 2 years of experience specifically in handling recruitment function within HR function. Must be Confident, articulate and have clear communication skills with all level of employees to develop good working relationships with colleagues and other internal departments, job Interviewing Skills, Social Media Knowledge. Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to produce quality output within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Must have adequate experience in recruiting for blue-collar jobs.

2. Manager Performance Management: Responsible for ensuring effective tracking of achievement against targets on all levels, identify adverse variances and ensure timely reports and actions. MBAs / Post-Graduates with 5-10 years experience in HR in a fast growing service organization of which at least 2 years of experience specifically in handling Performance Management.

Would be expected to :

- Ensure high-quality performance management arrangements are in place

- Ensure measurable targets are set annually for objectives arising from the annual business plan and that systems/processes are in place for the performance management of these

- Ensure all external targets and standards are clearly identified and made subject of comprehensive and integrated reporting and accountability arrangements

- Ensure that individual accountability for each target is clearly identified and indicated in all performance reporting

- Ensure adverse performance is identified, highlighted to account managers and action plans are put in place in a timely fashion

- Work with managers and others to develop an understanding of the dynamic relationships between different aspects of performance eg. activity, workforce, finance, to enable more effective performance management on a corporate basis

3. Manager- Compensation & Benefits: Responsible for directing the strategic planning, design, implementation, maintenance, regulatory compliance, communication, and administration of compensation and benefits programs across all functions in a consistent form. MBAs / Post-Graduates with 5-10 years experience in HR in a fast growing service organization of which at least 2 years of experience specifically in managing, planning and implementing compensation, benefits

Would be expected to :

- Monitor compensation and benefits expenditure budgets and plan, develop and evaluate compensation and benefits programs

- Develop pay systems that are industry competitive and enable management to focus on rewarding individual and group performance

- Conduct job analysis to determine appropriate market pricing; review and approve salary increases and advise management on compensation actions for employees

- Coordinate with other HR managers and engage them in the compensation and benefits programs; job evaluation, salary, benefits and incentive programs

- Monitor and evaluate the company's benefits programs, including insurance programs, retirement plans, sick leave, time off, and vacation policies

- Work with accounting, legal, and tax departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with all tax laws
