Role is to : - Ensure that all HR processes and activities run efficiently and effectively to support employees, leaders and HR colleagues - Manage and optimize the following HR processes and activities; accurate and seamless delivery of all HR processes and activities including policies, recruitment, on-boarding off-boarding, reporting, compensation and benefits administration - Monitor compliance areas to ensure effective department functioning, coordinating with supporting functional teams, and ensuring compliance with established financial, legal and/or administrative requirements - Manpower planning and budgeting - Recruitment and selection - Knowledge of working in a RPO model - HR Operations Execution - execute on all the HR operations including support for all employment life cycle activities. - Background verification and Payroll activites - Participate in ad-hoc projects that may arise from time to time. - MBA in HR from reputed institutes with 7 - 10 yrs of experience in Hr operations + talent acquisition from ITeS/KPO/BPO/Shared Services/Captive Outfit Sector - Candidates with team management experience only apply.
