What you'll be doing:
- Managing end to end recruitment , Hiring needs of the organisation - which is a retail Pharma setup .
- Would lead team a team of 5-6 recruiter or as per new plan keeping in mind Cost TAT.
- Develop and cultivate a active pipeline for the Open & predicted hiring.
- Providing timely recruitment reports to head of department-Team hiring tracker, weekly hiring tracker, time taken to hire, new joinee report, offer sent report, backed out report, job posting reports.
- Assisting with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with leaders and other stakeholders.
- Assisting with job posting and advertisement processes-weekly. Actively on all social media pages & groups.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Conducting & arranging interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Closing positions within a defined turnaround time and as per requirements.
- Maintaining a good offer to join ratio.
- Communication of policies and practices to the employees for a positive environment & addressing their needs & grievances through meetings, open house, new joint meetings, etc.
- Lead as a Brand ambassador and attract good talent for organisation as per Company's vision.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department. Ground level sensing of employee concerns/ behaviour, red flag and report observations to the seniors.
