Job responsibilities: 1. Recruitment Strategy - Liaise with Leadership/ hiring managers from different geos on the recruitment need. - Understand talent requirement and define the sourcing and selection strategy. 2. Recruitment Metrics & Delivery - Manage recruitment delivery within the pre-defined metrics of recruitment budget, on boarding time line and source mix. - Responsible for Leadership hiring through a very hands on approach. 3. Team Management 4. Overall ownership of recruitment process - Complete execution of recruitment through an ERP, i.e requisition approvals, sourcing candidates, interview process and offer. - Responsible for all assessments through written tests, in person/ Skype interviews. - Proper reference check and its documentation, negotiations on offer and joining, all pre joining formalities as per SOP. 5. Recruitment vendor/Job portal agreements - Lead negotiations with recruitment vendors and work out favorable agreement terms. - Responsible for documentation of agreements and payments of invoices. 6. Project Management - Take up short-term hiring assignments on a project basis. - Develop strategy, its execution and meet the hiring need. Skills / Competencies required: 1. The ideal candidate would have around 10 years of proven track record of delivering on bulk recruitment needs in a shared service/ multi geo work environment. 2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for establishing rapport & credibility with Leadership 3. Self-driven and independent with an eye for detail and inclination to take on additional responsibilities. 4. Hands-on with MS Office
