We are looking for a Recruitment Manager for our client who is a leader in the ed-tech industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
- Managing the company's employees, by motivating them to perform to their highest potential
- Performing recruitment functions ranging from the selection process to training of employees.
- Onboarding various new employees to the company.
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Prior experience in the HR field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
