- Responsible for handling end to end recruitment.

- Responsible for setting up recruitment strategies, manpower planning.

- Recruitment budgeting

- Devising, monitoring and executing recruitment plan to meet the business requirements

- Staffing and scheduling of resources for multiple requirements

- Must have handled volume hiring

Desired Profile:

- MBA with 6+ years experience in Non - IT recruitment

- Team Management experience is mandatory

- Candidates who has handled mass / bulk hiring from FMCG / BFSI / Telecom / Retail
