Manager - Recruitment Consultant - Vendor Management

Salary range: 8 - 15 LPA

- Recruitment consultants Manager would be responsible for:

- S/He is the central contact point for all Sourcing Consultants / Vendors across multiple locations

- Evaluate and On Board HR recruitment partners for the individual locations and units

- Negotiating rate contracts

- Build incentive programs for Recruitment partners

- Manage consultant payout and schemes

Additionally, S/he would be responsible for :

- Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with open position companies

- Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies

- Building relationships with vendors.
