Manager - Recruitment - Conglomerate (5-10 yrs)

Company: India's largest protein centric conglomerate.

JOB OBJECTIVE:

This role holder is responsible for managing all aspects (respective )of the recruitment process, (poultry, technical & others) from sourcing and attracting talent through generating recruitment plans to extending offers and ensure smooth joining of the candidate. In case of remote recruitment, for regional locations job holders will validate the entire process. This role holder will need to network and develop strong business relationships within the industry, as well as with senior management. This role holder will work with the recruitment team to develop recruiting excellence for the organization and ensure efficient promotion / advertisement is done for the existing / potential job opportunities internally and externally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sourcing

I. Ensure Initiating Talent Acquisition Process based on approved MIF guidelines (yrs exp, key skills, competencies, etc)

II. Ensure selection of right/ cost effective medium for sourcing of right candidates at right time using different media for sourcing like job portals, social media, references, recommendations, campus hiring, walk ins, candidate data pool, head hunting, newspaper ads & other sources.

III. Ensure, initiate a discussion with different job portals and consultants, institutions for empanelment and negotiation for the terms to work with organization and walk in interviews whenever required.

IV. Create competitive analysis of recruitment sources & suggest effective and efficient source for selection to Head of Talent Acquisition.

V. Sourcing of cvs through approved source for hiring (Head TA/Head HR) considering JD /KRA /KPIs.

VI. Create competitive analysis for candidate profiles and share with respective MIF holder and Head of Talent Acquisition.

VII. Working in close coordination with MIF holder for selection of right resumes (best fit for the organization.

SELECTION:

I. Ensure post checking the interest of candidate, initiating the process for selection through different assessment methods (level wise).

II. Based on the assessment, the feedback will be shared with the MIF holder and the Talent Head and start the shortlisting process.

III. Selection of best suited /cost effective channel for first round of interview (through telephonic/Skype/zoom) by functional head /hiring manager ( as per recruitment policy)

IV. Checking the availability of interview panelists (as per recruitment policy) and scheduling of interview.

V. Ensure effective communication and engagement of candidates through phone or mails.

VI. Ensure coordination with Travel Desk and Administration to assure the arrival of the out stationed candidates and arrange for their accommodation and food, if required as per policy.

VII. Ensure compliances of (TA Policy) such as Interview Profile Format, interview assessment form etc.

VIII. Ensure availability of the panelists and timely completion of the interview. If selected from panelists, face to face interaction with Head HR/(Directors- if required)

IX. Ensure a compatible environment to the candidate to build an organizational brand image.

X. Ensure capturing the feedback of the interviewers/ panelists /Head HR for the completion of selection process.

XI. Salary negotiation as per mentioned in MIF, if any variation in the same then it needs approval from TA & HR Head.

XII. Generating and sharing the Offer Letter to the candidate. Initiate candidate engagement with the candidate till joining.

RECRUITMENT MIS & AUDIT

I. Ensure monthly /fortnightly TA MIS (TAT Report, Candidate Tracker, Offer Tracker) to send to Head TA. Ensure collection of TA Data from Regional HR .

II. Generating monthly reports like cost of hiring, relocation and resources tracker and checking and monitoring in line with recruitment budget.

III. Ensure compliance against all the Audit queries pertaining to recruitment (local ®ional)

REGIONAL/ REMOTE LOCATION SUPPORT:

I. Recruitment Manager will be responsible for cascading regional /remote location support for recruitment & selection process and policy ( as per TA Policy)

II. He will ensure all the recruitment and selection work (sourcing & selection as per JD) up to below sr. manager will be taken care by Regional HR with close coordination with Manager Recruitment /Head HRBP/Functional Head .

III. Above Sr. Manager & critical position for regional location will be taken care by respective Manager Recruitment.

IV. Ensure all MIF for regional location should be routed through Manager Recruitment /Head TA

EMPLOYER BRANDING:

I. Execute the employer branding practices in professional platforms (Linkedin) as per organizational guidelines.

II. Ensure job posting in social media post approval to the TA Head.

III. Promote employer practices in social media to build up a candidate friendly platform to brand the organization.

IV. Create platforms in social media to communicate about Organizational Culture and Practices to attract right pool of talents

CAMPUS / INSTITUTIONAL HIRING:

I. Work together with other Recruitment Managers along with Head TA & TM for driving strategy for recruitment

II. Identify the list of colleges /institutions (vertical & location wise) and suggest Head of TA for sourcing of fresh candidates

III. Overall responsibility for Campus Drive in line with TA Policy.

OTHER :

I. Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager/Head TA/Head HR time to time .
